ULTRAKERAMIC ® method
Ultrakeramic® ® is a working method, which is the outcome of over twenty years experience, simplifying the traditional working of ceramic by means of three main standards:
ULTRAKERAMIC CCD 693 (Ceramic Compaction Device 693)
is an electronic device which compacts ceramic particles with the use of sub-sonic waves. The perfect compaction of masses allows improving the working of any kind of ceramic and ensures a perfect bond of interfaces.
This compaction also makes it easier to model and cut ceramic and reduces firing contraction considerably. Its plasticity permits reproducing the mold shape with fewer layers, thus obtaining a hue up to sample and working time reductions.
ULTRAKERAMIC BELL 690
the transparent bell jar, resistant to high pressure, lets moisture out of masses by perfectioning the fitting on shoulders, necks, alveolar crests, contact points, plaster surfaces and on the mold.
Furthermore, wax structures can be left to set on models in this bell jar, after making use of Infrared drying for the elimination of working stress. Porosities can be lessened or eliminated too, while the liquid/powder ratio can be precisely determined and all mixtures can get compacted (plaster, coating etc..).
ULTRAKERAMIC IRD 289 (Infra Red Dryer 289)
the infrared dryer allows clearing moisture residues off of the interfaces of ceramic masses, thus shortening pre-heating s and avoiding flaws while baking.
If makes waxes free from working stress and makes any kind of wax well-fitting by softening them all over in no time. Besides, it dries up points, tempering liquids and insulators on inlay models, frameworks and so on. The pre-firing and firing of a number of resins, muffles and the like can be carried out under its base.
All the ULTRAKERAMIC devices have INTEGRAL WARRANTY CERIFICATE by DIAGRAM for three years, as well as it supplies an adequate instruction manual for use and maintenance.
